Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR NEW ZEALAND / AUSTRALIA / CANADA / EUROPE / USA

All our blinds are imported from overseas and are shipped in bulk through FedEx International Priority (IP), in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United Sates and to the Euro Zone. We don't charge for import taxes & overseas freight, only for domestic freight. Zebra Blinds will clear your orders through Customs and deliver door to door.

Please note that all our Zebra Blinds are custom made to your measurements, it may take approximately 15-20 working days to manufacture and deliver your order to your specified address.

Domestic freight is handled through Toll Freight or any third-party logistics used by Fedex or DHL. Once your order arrives, we will notify you of our dispatch from our depot, you will then receive a tracking number from Toll Freight. Domestic delivery is usually 2-3 working days.
